1. How did you find CrossFit NorthWest Tucson?
My Dad was the one who originally introduced me to CrossFit. He belongs to a CrossFit gym in Santa Fe New Mexico and we discover there was one right down the street from me. He said I would love the challenge of doing something different everyday, that is once I get use to being sore in places I didn't know I had, possibly losing my lunch and getting bloody hands. He was right.
2. What is your favorite CrossFit exercise or WOD?
I could never choose just one. However, I can now say I am not afraid of the box. I owe a special thank to Dan the Man for a little extra encouragement for that one. Did I mention I still hate running.
3. How long have you been CrossFitting?
I started in April of 2011... Best Birthday present I got.
4. What do you do for a living?
I work for the City Of Tucson. I sit in an office all day.. CrossFit helps me keep my sanity. I look forward to it after working with the public all day.
5. What are your hobbies?
I love anything to do outdoors, especially camping.
6. If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
Double Unders Double Unders Double Unders... I am so tired of doing 3x as many singles.
7. What is one thing you can't live without?
Mi Familia, they keep me grounded.
8. Are you superstitious?
Not superstitious, but I am a firm believer in Karma
9. What is your favorite quote?
Anything worth doing is not easy ( I don't know who come up with this but I repeat it over and over during my WOD)
10. What 4 songs are on your workout playlist?
I like angry music for my workout playlist.. Linkin Park, Marylin Manson, Metalica, and AC/CD usually do the trick.
