For time do the following.
95 pound Push press, 21 reps
3 Ring Dips
95 pound Push press, 15 reps
5 Ring Dips
95 pound Push press, 12 reps
7 Ring Dips
95 pound Push press, 9 reps
9 Ring Dips
95 pound Push press, 7 reps
11 Ring Dips
95 pound Push press, 5 reps
13 Ring dips
Sub static dips if you do not have a ring dip 2 for 1 (use a plyo box or chair for static dips).

I spent the weekend at CrossFit Flagstaff with "Tuck" (above top row enjoying the Kiss) and a few fellow students at the CrossFit Gymnastics Level 1 Cert. I have some wonderful new things to teach all of you. I can't wait.
