Won't be able to do the WOD today but did run a 5k 23:32 and is a pr for me.

bleah, apparently my shoulder strength is down. highest I could reliably get was 145 (w/out dipping like push press)
did a circuit after with a few of the guys at work:
15 Push ups, leading into
50M sprint
~100 ft tire drag
15 dips
--4 rds--
good job on the Run Patrick!

Looking forward to this Wod, yesterdays was not a good performance, battling through a few impingement's! Sand, heat, hamstring, shin are all putting the hurt on me right now. Hope everyone is doing well.

Wow Patrick, that's a great 5K time! Good for you! I didn't want to do this workout, I very much dislike heavy days (as we all know)! I'm just not that comfortable under that much weight. Had a PR of 65lbs. Stephen did too with 193 lbs!!! Today was my first day of unassisted pull-ups! Thanks to Jaime M.'s coercion :o)
