Felt pretty good tonight, pr'd my back squat and dead lift. 710 total, better then I had hoped for. There were a lot of great lifts today, good job all!

OK another one of my links! But this one I have been trying to get Amanda to do at home on a regular basis, but to no avail! WOW we all can form our own opinions on it, but I was rolling on the floor laughing out loud when I saw the video!!!!!

Wasn't gonna do the CFT due to my ankle. But after warming up it felt good. I'm glad I did it. Steve and Brian helped push me. The Jenns were in the PR zone tonight. Jaime M I don't think I could have rowed as fast as u today, way to stay active!
