REST DAY
Jennifer and I had a super long day today and are exhausted. We have tons of stories to share with all of you. I am going to keep this post brief. IT WAS AWESOME! The athletes that came to Aromas are spectacular and are truly the fittest on earth. We also cannot wait to get home to share. I will hopefully give a Games debriefing in tomorrow's post.

I dont think I can ever complain about the running again after watching that....and if I do I will just have to summersault back into the gym! Holy @#&$!!!!

Yeah, that was pretty awful...and especially that hill! Kudos to those who tackled it! The other videos were very inspiring.

At first, I thought the summersault was a fluke, but by the third one, I realized that was her technique! I may incorporate that in the future, but not during the summer, for fear of melting to the asphault. Amazing athletes! Very inspiring!
