Nate: 8 complete rounds
Green band, 18-25 lb KB (thanks to some good coaching, I upgraded about halfway through the WOD), and box assisted HSPUs.
I know I could've done some more, however, that first torn callus on my R hand... yeah, that needed taping if I were to continue. Green band pull-ups were nice though, made 'em challenging again! Silly rips! :)
Awesome teamwork tonight ladies! We had those stations down to a science! Thanks for letting me be the wimp and not carry around boxes with my owie. You guys rock!

Used 53lb KB, muscle ups and HSPU rx'd. 16 rounds + muscle ups. Felt great. Strange thing, I bettered my 30 muscle up time by 7 minutes. How does that happen?
Helped with the 6:30 class, everyone really put out. Lots of sweet angles after that one.

Rx'd 12 rounds with three seconds to spare. Muscle up are officially under my belt, finally. This wod absolutely killed my shoulders. My wife had to take my shirt off when we got home as I couldn't. Great workout with great athletes. I love it.

Yesterday did deadlift 10, 10, 5, 5, 3, 3, 1, 1 (reps) - 225, 250, 275, 300, 300, 325, 350, 350. Then did situps, knees to elbows and some bench press for fun, up to max of 250/3 reps.
At station today, subbed 3 pullups 3 dips for each MU, RX'd everything else.(well, except 70lb DB instead of KB)
This wod starts you off thinking this isn't so bad, then 7 minutes in you think "crap, this is hard"
11 rounds + 6 pull ups and 6 dips
(P.S. 70lb KB swings suck)

Only 5 rounds. Tried hard for dead hang pull-ups and dips with skinny green. HSPU's actually felt the best, with 1 abmat! 35lb KB for the first time. VERY upset with my double-unders and the welts on my arm keep reminding me!

Rx'd 7 rounds. Muscle ups gave me fits today, just like the double unders. I killed hspu and kbs. Just could not get the timing consistent on the MU, I know I have 3 more rounds in me. Great jopb to everyone today in a very tough WOD.
