Wayne, Stacy and Ava,
We've missed you. Welcome back. I am so sore from last nights WOD, anyone else sore. See you later.

Becky- I am with you on the soreness stuff. That was brutal.. you alway rock it though. My inspiration. Kevin-great WODs, makes me feel like I am doing something. Thanks for the coaching last night...

I still hate burpees, even after 100 of them, they didn't grow on me. Thanks Tammie for motivating me to do all of them! My low back is sore from running with a sore hip, got me off kilter. Sucks when age starts catching up with you! That's why it is so important for me to keep up these great wods. Took today as a rest day to rest the back. Keep up the great work everyone!

Hey all! Had a nooner with Nancy (hahahaha) today... time was 21:24. Weight was at 45# and it was a good one! Was able to keep good form and power out the OHS.
One of the best parts of the day? I had challenged myself to work on double unders while I was here--wanted to hit 15 in a row. During our warm-up, hit SIXTEEN double unders in a row! Oh, I was so excited! :)

Meighan! that is awesome! I am seeing such great progress in this group with double unders....know I will get there soon. Great job everybody!!

Becky and I are heading out of town tomorrow for about a week. It's our anniversary and we need some alone time together. We will try to post and let you know what we are up to. We hope everyone has a good, safe week of crossfit. I'm sure Kevin and Jennifer will keep everyone on there toes.
Kevin thinks I was cherry picking today by not working out. Hmmmmm, 250 failed double unders does not sound like a much fun. I did not want to leave on our trip on a negative note after yesterdays great WOD.
Great to have Wayne back, good luck this weekend at the Level 1. Say Hi to the Sharp's for me.
We will miss you all, see you soon.
Tony watch at 51 days.

I did a modified Mary tonight due to the moon boot.
20 minute AMRAP
5 HSPU's
5 One leg squats (left only)
15 pull ups
10 rounds 5 HSPU's 3 Squats
Had to stop to tape up due to a tear.
Would have loved to have done this one today...lookes tough.

Today was good practice for double-unders. I really can see a HUGE improvement in DU's for everyone! Congrats. Finished in 18:09 with 62 lb BS. Becky, thank you very much for the cookies. I'm sure you were busy getting ready for your trip so that was very thoughtful. Thanks everyone for the B-Day well wishes, you made it real special for me. Thank you.
