My favorite exercises are; hspu, muscle ups, rowing, running, ohs, snatch, and anything else I am not good at!

This is crazy, but the first thing that popped into my head was running - and it is because I feel like I am using all of the benefits I may get from the other movements,and can get totally in my head and focus. I also feel like I have so much work to do on my running, I can absorb the teaching and it feels good to put it into practice and watch my time go down!!

Congrats to Greg! I am sure everyone that views that picture will be inspired. I remember meeting Greg on my very first workout and how impressed I was with his performance and his great kindness, he hasn't changed 6 months latter.

My strengths are wall balls, farmer walks and running. I embrace double unders, ring dips and HSPU!!

It's fantastic that thousands of people will see Greg's amazing handstand! Cool! I have to say I like PULLUPS the best. I stink at them still, but I love to see the progress each time and I can't wait to conquer them fully one day. Not to mention it's fun to bounce on that big rubber band. As for today's WOD, I finished in 18:37, 53# SDHP and mostly single jumproping, but still trying to get the groove of the double under...

CFE wod from a couple days back...2 X 12min with 2 min rest in between.

I tested my strategies here and pushed out of my comfort zone...

First round: 1.68, ran HARD out of the gates. For some reason, I thought I could run close to 2 six minute miles! WOW! BIG dreams. I ended up completely gassing, stopping a moment, and starting the clock back up at a slower pace.

Second round: 1.6, ran in my comfort zone for the first 6 minutes and then creeped the speed up every minute until I was done.

Clearly, I have more potential in me than I'm using...I need to push myself outside my comfort zone. Especially, during runs...

Greg, that is such an amazing picture! I remember telling some of the girls at work about you after my first workout with you and how strong and fit you are! I think I even said "He took off his shirt and has great abs!"

Favorite movements...Rowing, pull ups, kettle bells and sit ups

I actually remember the man with great abs story that Heather told us! You're such an inspiration Greg! Favorite movements would have to be ANY kind of squat, double unders, and sit ups... so today I'll work on making the SDHP another favorite!

Did single unders today. I need to get them down before I can due the double unders. Started the SDLHP with 85lbs. then went down to 75lbs. Finished in 17:17. A lot harder then it looked.
Glad everyone liked the handstand picture, hats off to Becky for taking a great shot.

Hard workout tonight, I agree with you Jennifer my legs are toast. I finally got the double unders and successfully did 20 in a row. Yeah!!!
Greg's picture is pretty awesome. The family that was watching him do that were totally amazed. It got to be old when he wanted to do a handstand on every shear cliff we came upon. He is a crazy 60 yr old man.
Favorite moves are: squats, pull ups, sit ups, dead lifts. Need to work on anything with a shrug, olympic moves and running.
Ella that is such a cute picture of you, in your strappy shoes. You are so precious, you can workout in anything.
