Ok, my turn for some fun play on words.
We "talley"ed up the minutes while admiring the freshly painted "gray" "walls" today for a team time of 32:58 for the Talley-Gray-Wall's team! If only that last Wall would have talley-ho'd and sped her booty faster, we may have gotten a 30 minute time. All she could see was gray spots as she crossed the finish line!! Always a pleasure doing team WOD's! Nice job to all the teams!

NICE KIM!!! Love it!
Wow, what amazing energy in the gym today. You know you're in good company when the whole gym goes crazy from these little words... "shock to the heart, and you're to blame, darling, you give love a bad name...bad name" Oh was that not awesome...my heart was kick started baby!
Another fun high light was running out the door with my high school buddy Brett for him only to run right through the puddle to splash water on me...Oh wait, that's not all...I proceed to call him a jerk, and a few other choice words for doing that while chasing his ankles, so guess what....around the corner near the front of the gym, we find another puddle and guess what...he jumps vertically about 6 feet up with both feet landing and then DRENCHING me in water. I'm not going to lie...it felt great and he totally got me. And yes Brett, you did win! Nice buddy.
I can't even remember our time but it was great working with Mark and Mike T. The mean Jen came out and was ferociously competitive...Brian McGrath questioned if there was any other Jen other than the mean one... Sooooo, everyone has been full of it and it was awesome! Can't wait to see you all soon and do it up some more!

Well I've completed my first FGB, and I've learned two very important things: if you do it rite, it hurts so good!!, and there is a ton of strategy involved. I WANT THE 300 CLUB! And I've just learned something to help, Rowing strategy, stroke rate, damper setting, stroke length and pacing all specific to FGB. Anyone else excited about this? Anyone interested in getting together to practice, have I got some tips for you! We'll get those calorie numbers up before we re-test. Let me know...
