A few announcements about today's Halloween WOD
The 4th WOD is a potluck, please bring a post WOD meal and something to drink.
The WOD will begin at 1800, Body Comps will be taken immediately following and the Pumkin Carving will begin as soon as the body comps are finished. If you are not able to be there and haven't had your comps done, please arrange a time with Jennifer prior to Wednesday next week.
Yes this is a Halloween WOD, please dress up. The theme is Gods and Goddesses, however any costume will be accepted. Of course you will not be turned away if you don't wear a costume, but I cannot prevent any friendly hazing if you show up normal. We will be making a video and kids are welcome to come dressed up too.
