Still feel pretty crappy, but I'm so glad I sucked it up and came in anyway, GREAT WOD!! Love the heavy stuff.

PR'd on every lift - boo ya! Went from 471 to 489 - 500 here I come!! It was all about arm position for me today Thanks to the 4:00 class for all the support!

Awesome! PR'd BS 150 & DL 185, should've PR'd the shoulder press, but went a little too high on the second weight. I did, however, start with my highest weight from last time and it felt great! Could've, nah, should've PR'd with at least 75. Next time! PR'd overall with 405 lbs... yay 400 club! :)
