Today we are opening up the gym for your friends and family, and we look forward to meeting all who come in for the Buddy WOD. We will possibly have an overflowing gym and hope to provide a great sample of what it is like to participate in a WOD. All that we ask is that you watch your buddy. You will know them better than us, and if it looks like they are pushing too hard, their form or range of motion looks as if they may hurt themselves, please slow them down or grab a coach to help foster better movement. This WOD is supposed to be a fun experience for all and we want everyone to leave exhausted and at the same time happy they got to experience that which you experience everyday at CrossFit Northwest Tucson.

Jennifer and Kevin, thank you so much for having me up yesterday morning...you guys have an incredible affiliate. It is clear that you have created a close CrossFit family, both direct family and members alike. And speaking of family, Greg and Becky, it is always great to not only get to chat with you, but watching you guys kick ass is truly inspiring. Last but not least, a huge thanks to my buddy for the WOD, Wayne, whom quite possibly saved me from still being a heap of sweat and flesh on your floor.
