Did WOD 3 of Sectionals this morning and improved my time by several minutes. Felt a lot better, but room for improvement.

135lbs thrusters
Used Tony's vest, it was either 50 or 55lbs. Kipped on the weighted pull ups. All sets unbroken. Rx'd 3:40
Some truly elite efforts tonight at the 1845 class. Steve doing 70lb deadhang pull ups, Jaime G. doing 73lb thrusters, and my Jenn doing 95lb thrusters and one small black band just to name a few.

10:28. 73lb Thrusters (need to work on the cleans) and deadhang pull-ups.
Could NOT imagine doing deadhangs with 70lbs hanging from my foot! Way to go Stephen!!
And Ms. Jenn M. even did a few of those pull-ups without a band!!!
