Reminder the first 0530 class on Thursdays begins tomorrow.
Nancy Challenge is this Saturday from 1000-1200, as of now there will be an 0800 class for those of you who are not enrolled in Nancy. The gym will be available to the Nancy participants at 0915 to come in and warm up. We will have a heat schedule out for all of you soon.Results: I borrowed this from Tony Robbins…
- Get clear and focuses on what it is exactly that you want. Let me be specific…this does not mean, “I wish I wasn’t so fat.” Is that clear? Is that focused? NO! Better: “I want to have the mental energy and clarity to replenish my body with zone blocked/paleo friendly foods so that I PR my workouts, get stronger and faster, and look hot in my clothes.”
- Get a mentor and find the map. Why not use someone who has done it well and learn from them. They will help you get there by teaching you the short cuts. Why pay $25.00 a month to go to Weight Watchers when nutrition advice is a part of your CrossFit NorthWest Tucson membership?
Get rid of the things that will distract you or get in the way, celebrate your achievements, and pay it forward.
