2. I like any WOD that makes me sweat so much that I have to find the mop
3. I started in Ocotober of 2009. I don't remember the day, but I'll never forget how I felt after my first work out.
4. I work for Southern Wine and Spirits. I sell liquor, wine and other "drinkables" to restaurants and hotels in Marana, Oro Valley and North Tucson
5. I like spending time with my wife when we get time to. She works in a restaurant at night, and since I work days, we don't get to spend a lot of time together. We go hiking, go to movies and also like going to restaurants. I like snowboarding in the winter. I also enjoy studying and learning about wine.
6. For Crossfit, my goals are to improve on a daily basis and continue to learn about (and execute) better nutrition. My Career goal is to continue working with wine, hopefully in different facets of the industry
7. I Crossfit because it is the only form of exercise that I have found enjoyable since high school baseball. What's great is that you can do it by yourself, with other people, anywhere you want, etc

After squats, completed "Annie", not for time. Double Unders really are unpleasant after squats.

Hello everyone, in case you don't know I have been a massage therapist for 11 years. I'm going to be offering discounted 30 minute and 1 hour massages for CFNWT members. Jenn and Kevin have offered to kick the kids out of the loft in the interest of relaxed, happy, massaged clients. Cograts Dan on member of the week! Today focused on form, 135-155-155-175-175, really tried to love the bottom of my squat on my heels. Hard to keep a low rack, the bar kept creeping up without me even realizing it. Nice efforts from all in the 9am class! They really pushed through some tough squats!
