What other changes have you made in your life since you decided to compete in sectionals? NaWhy are you competing in sectionals? I love the challenge and the excitement of competition. This will give me a chance to compare my abilities against a large group of athletes who are highly motivated.

In all those middle names, you forgot to include "Next Level"! Michael, you have raised the game here at CFNWT throughout this past year to a level that only a few possess. I wish you the best of luck in the sectionals...I'm certain you are going to give it everything you've got! Represent!

Hey everyone! Please let me know if you did not receive the survey that was sent to you this week. It would have come via Chimp Mail. Thanks. No pressure about the survey, I just need to know if we have a glitch in the somewhere in our system of email information and we need to get it straightened out.

Wow! Thank you all for the kind words and encouragement. I will use these posts for motivation come gametime. I truly feel as if I'm in the best possible shape. I am confident and excited to compete at sectionals. The training has been intense but fun. Although we will be competing as individuals at sectionals it will be a team effort. From the second to none programming and coaching, the encouragement from each of you, and the motivation I get from seeing all of you giving elite efforts day after day I will be representing our CrossFit community. I really hope to place high at the competition. Regardless of how well I place I will give my all and leave it all on the sweaty floors of CrossFit SoCal.
I'd like to give a special thanks to Kevin, Jennifer, and Greg for volunteering their gym and time to our training. I'd like to thank CD for volunteering his time to help train and prepare us as well.
Most of all I'd like to thank my wife and kids who selflessly allow me to train twice a day and sleep when I should be awake playing and cleaning. My greatest motivations in life come from them.
