Yea Patrick! The guy who can do anything! I love it! I need to adopt your view of not having a least favorite wod and see it as more of a challenge. Keep up the hard work. You can see your progress hugely accelerated by the sectional training! I can't wait to cheer you on!

Pat, you have showed your dedication and drive ever since you said you were going to do this (2 a days at your age has got to be tough! :) ) In all seriousness..... you have the exact mindset and determination of any CF'er out there. You are willing to take this challenge head-on, and I commend you on that!!! Thanks for being an inspiration to the younger guys (that mean everyone except Greg)...... and someone that exemplifies a "true competitor!"
You're ready for Sectionals and just know that we are all behind you 100%, and cant wait to see you compete!

Pat, you have been a great addition to competitive training crew. You work your ass off all the time and never complain. Your quiet attitude and determination to training are very motivational to me. You have made unbelievable progress and should be proud if yourself. I can't wait to stand beside you at sectionals and fight for victory.
