What changes have you made in your training since you decided to compete in sectionals? We been hitting two a days pretty hard. I really been trying to listen to all the coaches, they know so much and are helping me gain grounds. THANKS KEVIN CHRIS JENNIFER GREG you guys are the best. Michael and Amanda 's input also are incredible help, thanks. Everyone in the gym also helps so much with there advice, drive and motivation, thank you all.
What changes have you made in your nutrition since you decided to compete in sectionals? Not much, I study nutrition and since freshman year, 2 and a half years ago, I am aware of everything I put in my body, I may make slight changes depending on how I feel. I have my own opinions on nutrition, much different than what I am taught but what I was taught help me decide on what I believe is best. Its strict, but I eat good. I like fruit a lot. I love to eat and love to cook.
What other changes have you made in your life since you decided to compete in sectionals? Not really sure
Why are you competing in sectionals? I want to. Haha, I love challenges, I love to give it my best. Its my sport right now and I like to train for something so I'm all in. I'd love to win it all and will not let anything get in my way.
If you were a super hero, what would be your strength? (just for fun) Haha, I don't know. Forever young. Be able to make everyone happy, especially the people I love and I'm a loving person. Ya I definitely would say the ability to make everyone happy, I love when people are happy. Get rid of any problems, diseases, bad stuff.Favorite/Best Movement: All of them except my least favorite. I like heavy weights (power and olympic lifts), body weight movements. The warm ups with Sofia and Ella on my back are the best!!!!
Favorite/Best WOD: All of them except my least favorite. I really like long heavy metcons with body weight stuff like muscle ups, pull ups, push ups, etc.. and some deadlifts and oly lifts.
Least favorite/Worst Movement: I am struggling with the hang power snatch/clean, tho I do like them and will conquer.
Least favorite/Worst WOD: NO SUCH THING as least favorite WOD there all fun.WOD

TJ, it has been such a pleasure getting to know you. At times it's been painful...but that's just the price of hangin with a stud. LOL
Seriously though, if you keep at it your name will be feared in the CrossFit community. You are still very young and have so much potential, you are far from being at your peak; and that is scary.
It's funny that you would want superpowers to make everyone happy. Well in my opinion you don't need superpowers to do that. Everytime I see you, you are surrounded by people who are smiling.
I couldn't agree with you more on your age...at times I feel like you could be my brother and at other times I feel like you could be my son. Especially when you talk about things like feeding the giraffs at the zoo. LOL
I can't wait to see you perform at sectionals. There is no doubt that you are going to kick ass!

35:49 for my first try at Angie. Mini black band for first 50 pull ups then purple. Knee push ups. Way to push through Kare! Beat me by 10 minutes! And Chrystal did all her pushups on her toes-wow! Amber did a lot on her toes too! Way to go noon class! The heat is coming on!

Hey TJ I agree with Michael, it's pure zen genius to pick a super power you already have! I have a feeling that even the guys that your going to be destroying at the games are going to find themselves happy that it was you that took them out, you just can't help but to smile whenever your around, so glad you're with us.
Angie 25:59 RX (although there was some debate on how much "knee" I was using on the push ups, Kevin don't hesitate to yell at me next time. "Kare keep those legs straight!", perhaps we should call it RXish
